These terms summarise, in plain English, how My New Admin works for customers who sign up through crmsoftwareaustralia.com.au. My New Admin is operated by My New Admin PTY LTD, an Australian company. The full legal terms that govern your account are the My New Admin Terms & Conditions. If anything here differs from the full terms, the full terms apply.
Your trial gives you full access to My New Admin for 14 days. A payment card is required to start it, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you cancel at any point during the 14 days, you pay nothing.
When your trial ends, your subscription starts at $297 per month AUD, GST included, billed monthly in advance to the card on file. Your plan includes unlimited users, unlimited contacts and every feature on the platform, along with your monthly AI allowance. There is no lock-in contract. If our pricing ever changes, we will tell you in advance.
Some services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis according to what you actually use: phone numbers, calls, text messages, bulk email sending, and AI usage beyond your included allowance. Current rates are listed on the Optional Extras page. These charges are billed as they are incurred.
You can cancel at any time by emailing billing@mynewadmin.com. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If you are not happy with My New Admin within your first 30 days as a paying customer, let us know by email and we will refund your subscription payment. Usage-based charges for services already consumed (such as calls and text messages already sent) are not covered by the guarantee. Full details are in the full terms.
Your contacts, conversations and content belong to you. We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can export your data at any time.
You agree to use My New Admin lawfully, including complying with Australian law on marketing messages such as the Spam Act 2003 (consent and unsubscribe requirements for email and SMS) and the Privacy Act 1988. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
Every account includes free onboarding, 24/7 live chat support, weekly live demo calls, a help centre of 1,000+ articles and 200+ how-to videos.
