We’re an Australian company based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We built My New Admin so small businesses could stop missing calls, chasing payments and juggling five different apps, with one platform, one flat price and unlimited users.
Why we built My New Admin
Running a small business means being the receptionist, the sales team, the bookkeeper and the marketing department, usually between jobs. We watched good businesses lose work for the simplest reasons: a call that went to voicemail, a quote that was never followed up, an invoice that sat unpaid for weeks.
The tools to fix those problems existed, but they were scattered across five or six subscriptions that didn’t talk to each other, priced per user, and built for big overseas sales teams.
